The cold air is moderating and it will be milder this evening. Lows will not be as cold as Friday morning when Tampa hit 42, 43 in St. Pete, and 37 in Lakeland. This evening should bottom out around 54 degrees with upper 50s at the coast. Highs will be in the mid 70s this weekend with dry weather into MLK Day. The east breeze will be dropping off as high pressure weakens off Saturday. The flow may push in an isolated shower into Polk county Saturday.
Another front moves in Monday knocking down temps into the upper 60s next week. Lows will drop bakcinto the 40's Wednesday and Thursday morning.
