Waterspout photo in Downtown Tampa taken by Robert Siegel, a SKYWARN Spotter on vacation from Colorado. He thinks the rotation hit the Westin Harbour Island Hotel where he is staying. There was tree debris. The waterspout will be listed as a brief F0 tornado. Tampa Emergency Management reported a tree and pole down and is investigating.
