Chris is thrilled to call Florida home.
Before joining the team at 10 Tampa Bay, Chris spent five years as a morning anchor at KCEN-TV in Central Texas, where he and his co-anchor were named Associated Press Anchor Team of The Year.
Before moving to mornings, he was a weekend anchor and reporter. He was recognized with an Emmy nomination for his coverage of the Sutherland Springs shooting.
Prior to that, he was a reporter in Abilene, Texas.
Chris earned both his undergraduate and graduate degrees from Sacred Heart University in Connecticut, where he remains the all-time leading scorer for the school’s football team.
As a native of Syracuse, New York, Chris is ecstatic to live in a warm weather climate and near world class beaches. When he’s not working, you can find him exploring all the interesting trails and nature that Florida has to offer and being a proud dog dad to his beloved Pomeranian Little Bear.
