ORLANDO, Fla. — Walt Disney World got in on the April Fools fun Monday when the park announced the launch of new "snack ears."
The Orlando theme park tweeted a video saying a trip to the parks isn't complete without wearing Mickey Mouse ears and eating a ton of delicious snacks. So, "put 'em together and what do you get?"
"Snears," Disney said.
The video details a blueprint for these "Snears" that feature deep pockets for maximum snack room and "temperature-controlled holsters" to keep food warm or cold. There's also reinforced hinges and a cushioned headband to keep food secure without hurting your head.
The video then goes on to show all the Disney snacks you can fit in your "Snears:" pineapple Dole Whips, chocolate chip cookies, soft Mickey pretzels, marshmallow rice treats, popcorn and even full-sized turkey legs.
The "snack ears" may be an April Fools joke, but maybe Disney World is onto something with these hands-free snacking accessories.
