When Chef Brian Healey and his wife Heather took over the Palm Café at the Dunedin Fine Art Center, they turned an already popular eatery into a local hot spot. Chef Healey’s deliciously creative fare, from his chocolate croissant bread pudding, to his New Orleans inspired shrimp and grits, to his homemade breads and jams have added new depth to Dunedin's already popular dining scene.
