Rules for a good cheese board: There are none!

Chef de cuisine Courtney Orwig at Haven, shared tips on choosing the best cheeses that will satisfy all of your guests.

Monday is National Cheese Lover’s Day, so Haven in South Tampa shared some tips to jazz up your cheese plate during Gasparilla, the big game, or any party you throw. Too many people are intimidated by fancy cheeses and don’t like the smells.
