SAINT PETERSBURG, Fla. — Mondays always mean we highlight a worthy pet in need of a loving home. Dwight Raines from the Humane Society of Tampa Bay joined GDL with Ernie, a 10-week-old lab/shepherd mix. Ernie came to the Humane Society of Tampa Bay before he was even born. His mama gave birth to him and eight other pups while in foster care.
Ernie has been surrounded by several "buddies" in his foster home, so he would love to live with other friends he can play with. You can support the Humane Society from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. March 28 by attending the Easter EGGStravaganza. The Easter Bunny will visit the shelter to pose with pups and kiddos.
