Refresher course in CPR

Dave Selbach showed us how to properly perform Hands-Only CPR

Each year, more than 350,000 out-of-hospital cardiac arrests occur in the United States. If you see someone suffering from cardiac arrest, you can help save their life by performing CPR. Today, Life-Tech CPR instructor, Dave Selbach showed us how to properly perform Hands-Only CPR. Selbach says it is important to call 911 first! Then push hard and fast in the center of the chest until help arrives. You do not need to be a doctor to perform CPR, anyone can help and possibly save a life!
