This week, The Humane Society of Tampa Bay brought Beeper on GDL, an orange kitten looking for a loving home. Beeper was brought to the shelter through the Feral Cat Program, which helps spay/neuter and vaccinate up to 150 of feral/free roaming cats that are brought in by community volunteers.
