BRADENTON, Fla.—A Federal Homeland Security operation found videos a Bradenton man posted to the dark web of him raping a 2-year-old girl, a federal indictment said.

Federal agents searched the home of James Lockhart, 30, in early October and found child porn on his computer, authorities said.

An almost 8-minute-long video of Lockhart raping a 2-year-old was posted about a year ago by the screen name “StrangeWood,” the indictment said.

“StrangeWood” also left comments on the dark web where he described his experiences being with a girl and a boy, promised more postings, and even asked for suggestions, according to court documents.

Authorities said the victim's mother was shown the video with the toddler’s face blurred. She told federal investigators she recognized her daughter, the couch, and her daughter’s earrings and stuffed animal.

Lockhart was charged with production of child pornography and possession of child pornography.

Lockhart is being held without bond in federal custody at the Pinellas County jail.
