HUDSON, Fla. — A Hudson woman is accused of chasing her child's father across six lanes of traffic while waving a knife at him.
It allegedly happened shortly before 3:40 a.m. Tuesday on U.S. Highway 19.
According to an arrest affidavit, Stephanie Wykel, 30, thought her boyfriend might be cheating, and she was upset that he would not answer her questions or show her his cell phone.
Deputies say she grabbed a kitchen knife and chased him around to scare him into showing her his phone.
Wykel was arrested for domestic aggravated assault and taken to the Land O' Lakes Detention Center.
