NEW PORT RICHEY, Fla. — The Pasco County Sheriff’s Office is asking the public for help finding three suspects they say might have beaten up a teen in New Port Richey.
Deputies said they were looking for Justin, Khristian and Trenton Schreffler in connection with a strong-arm robbery Feb. 20.
Authorities accuse the men of punching and kicking Gulf High School sophomore Geoffrey Lehman, knocking out three of his teeth.
Lehman old detectives he doesn’t know the men who attacked him, but the whole thing was captured on a home surveillance camera.
“One of them ran, hit me, knocked me to the ground, they just started kicking me, pulling me and punching me,” Lehman said.
He was coming home from Gulf High School, which is about a mile and a half from his neighborhood. He said not long after he started his walk, he noticed people following him.
He sent a text to his mom, telling her, “People r following me.” She called him right away.
“He picked up the phone and all I heard was people attacking him,” his mother said.
In the video, two people on his tail initiate the attack. The driver and passenger jump out of this pickup truck to join in.
