Graphic video shows man going airborne after getting struck by hit-and-run driver

HOUSTON — This video is hard to watch, but Houston police hope it will lead to an arrest in a violent hit-and-run.

Crime Stoppers and HPD are looking for the driver involved in a May 22 hit-and-run in the Acres Home community.

Police said it was 11:11 p.m. when a man was struck while crossing the 1000 block of W. Little York. Video shows the victim was struck so hard he went airborne. He was taken to the hospital for his injuries.

The driver didn’t even slow down and kept going, as did a driver behind them.

The make and model of the suspect’s vehicle is unknown.
