Hillsborough County sheriff's deputies are investigating a homicide near 43rd Street and Idlewild Avenue in northeast Tampa.
A man was shot and killed after an argument, sheriff's officials said.
Minutes later, a 911 call was received from someone who said they were involved in the shooting, officials said. They are speaking with him.
Deputies are working to identify the victim.
