Here's the person St. Pete police say stole a car with a baby inside

Rashad Levon Webb is accused of taking a Toyota Camry with an 8-month-old baby inside from the Gateway Apartments on 116th Avenue North on Monday.

ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. - Investigators are searching for a 19-year-old man who they say stole a car with a baby inside on Monday.

Rashad Levon Webb is accused of taking a Toyota Camry with an 8-month-old baby inside from the Gateway Apartments on 116th Avenue North.

The child's father realized he forgot his wallet and walked back inside the home when police say Webb, who was riding a bicycle, got into the vehicle and drove off.

The baby was discovered in a parking lot located at 800 71st Ave. N. The car was found empty in the 2700 block of 19th Street South.
