Four new Habitat for Humanity homes are going up in Clearwater.

The homes are being paid for by local businesses Frenchy's Restaurant, Hooters, Clearwater Toyota and Raymond James Stadium. On Monday, the restaurants sent out their own crews to help put up roof trusses for the homes.

The program also requires the families that will eventually live in the homes to pitch in at least 1,000 hours to help build them.

The homes should be finished by late Monday.

Right now, Pinellas County Habitat for Humanity is working to build 11 homes and tell us they are always looking for volunteers.
