For the second time in two days, a fisherman's body was found in Tampa Bay.

At 2:18 Friday afternoon, the St. Petersburg Police Department was called to the water off of Brightwaters Circle Northeast after a resident saw a body floating in the water.

The man was identified as 45-year-old Frankie Earl Duckworth.

Relatives said he had gone fishing at an unknown location on North Shore Drive Northeast Thursday around 3 p.m. and never returned home.

The Major Crimes Unit responded to investigate. There were no obvious signs of trauma to the body. At this stage of the investigation, detectives believe he drowned.
