PLANTATION, Fla. -- A Florida man is saying video he took of mail bombing suspect Cesar Sayoc's van in July got the FBI's attention.
WPEC says Michael Hebert told them he took the video of the van, which was covered with political messages, because it looked so out of place. After he posted it on Facebook, a friend of his at the U.S. State Department contacted the FBI, who then contacted Hebert for more information.
“If you feel a certain way that strongly and you are putting it [provocative political messages] all over your vehicle, there is definitely some underlying issues there,” Hebert said.
