BRANDON, Fla. -- The small alligator apparently had a couple errands to run on Sunday.
In a video on Facebook, the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office showed three deputies and a sergeant releasing a small gator back into a pond in Brandon.
The post said the reptile “decided to take a trip to CVS and then a Speedway gas station in Brandon before deputies Lehman, Fluellen and Grikenas along with Master Sergeant Massaro gave him a ride home.”

The post also said it’s something you don’t see every day, but Floridians know the possibility of spotting the scaly creatures is high, even during routine trips to the pharmacy and gas station.
