Pasco County woman accused of forcing teen to walk naked for punishment

Court documents from Pasco County said Rosalie Contreras admitted to hitting the teen in an interview to discipline her.

DADE CITY, Fla. — A Pasco County woman is accused of making a 13-year-old girl walk down a dirt road naked to discipline her.

Pasco County deputies said Rosalie Contreras, 34, drove the teen down Townsend Road, made her take off her clothes and walk naked and barefoot down the road.

"It had to be traumatizing to this child to be walking down the street without her clothes on," Kevin Doll, a spokesperson for the Pasco County Sheriff's Office, said. "That'd be traumatizing to an adult, much less a 13-year-old child."

When another car passed the teen, Contreras ordered her to get back in the car where she then slapped her face and punched her on the back, according to deputies.

Court documents from Pasco County said Contreras admitted to hitting the teen in an interview to discipline her.

Deputies said Contreras was arrested and taken to jail. She is being held on a $20,000 bond.
