Update: The Sarasota Police Department found a missing and endangered 71-year-old man safe.
Police confirmed Daniel P. White is safe and he has returned home.
Original Story: The Sarasota Police Department is searching for a missing and endangered 71-year-old man.
Daniel P. White was last seen at about 3 p.m. Tuesday on South Tamiami Trial near Waldemere Street.
Police said White has a condition that requires medical care.
White was last wearing a plaid button-down shirt, jeans and a Tommy Hilfiger jacket. Police said he was also carrying a black duffel bag.
Anyone who knows of White’s whereabouts is asked to call the Sarasota Police Department at (941)316-1199 or 911.
