A small airplane flipped over while trying to land in Pasco County.
It happened just before 3 p.m. at Tampa North Flight Center in Wesley Chapel.
The pilot, who refused to be taken to the hospital, was the only person aboard the Cessna. Nobody on the ground was hurt.
