ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. — Would you get a tattoo in exchange for free pizza for life?

That's the offer Solorzanos Late Night Pizzeria has made, and people are lining up to do it.

Here's the deal: you get the Solorzanos logo tattooed on your body -- anywhere and any size -- and then you show the tattoo at a restaurant location. You get one slice per day per location, and the tattoo has to be somewhere you can show it (so keep it clean).

And Solorzanos is paying for the tattoo.

FREE SLICE of PIZZA, at ALL of our locations, for LIFE, if you get this logo tattooed on you!!! 🤣😂😁🍕🍕🍕💪💪💪🔥🔥🔥 #RealJerseyPizza #NobodyMakesPizzaLikeWeDo #1PizzeriaInVenice #1PizzeriaInSRQ...

The first question we asked: Is this for real?

"Yes, sir, it is," chuckled owner Phil Solorzano.

After the pizza chain made the offer on its Facebook page, the response surprised even Solorzano.

He said when he came up with the idea, he thought some people would, "but I wasn't 100% sure until people start making appointments for tattoos. Then I thought this thing is going to go viral!"

He said three people have already gotten tattooed, and four people have made appointments for theirs.

People from Virginia and California have said they're going to come to Florida to get the tattoos, he added.

Solorzano said he intends to keep offering the deal.

"We're not going to stop," he said. "We want people all over the world to have our logo tattoed on them."

He said a pizzeria in Ohio has already copied the idea, but he doesn't mind.

Solorzanos has locations in Siesta Key, Sarasota, Venice and Longboat Key.
