AGROPOLI, Province of Salerno — A photo has gone viral showing a "heavenly view" during a sunset in Italy.
The image shows sunlight beaming down over the Tyrrhenian Sea near a coastal town, according to AccuWeather, but numerous Christians say they see what looks like Jesus Christ with his arms spread open.
According to the International Business Times, many people have compared the image to the Christ the Redeemer statue in Rio de Janeiro.
The man who took the photo reportedly told an Italian media outlet it was as if Jesus wanted to bless the whole city.
The photographer, Alfredo Lo Brutto, took the image on March 1 in Agropoli, which is located roughly 52 miles southeast of Pompeii.
