Democrat Nikki Fried says Republican Matt Caldwell has conceded in the race for Florida Agriculture Commissioner, which had been under a recount.
According to the state's website, Fried scraped by with 50.04 percent of the vote, compared to Caldwell's 49.96 percent.
Machine and manual recounts have both been completed in the race.
The tally on the state website is 4,032,954 votes for Fried and 4,026,201 votes for Caldwell.
In a tweet, Fried said her opponent "could not have been more gracious" in his concession call.
She congratulated him on a close race and vowed to be a voice for all voters.
