TAMPA — Regardless of where you are on the political spectrum, if you're on the fence about who you want to vote for this election, take a look at a new interactive tool that can help you make your choice.

It's called VOTER.GURU and it's the hot new site that's kind of like Match.com for picking the president.

“I thought they were going to give me Hillary or something,” said Raymond Fajardo as his candidate Bernie Sanders popped up after taking the site’s quiz.

“This is a good way to see what's really going on in the world,” said Deidra Rogers after she tapped through her political opinions on the site.

The tool works by tracking the voting records and public statements that each of the candidates running for president have made.

Here are some examples: Trump said he is going to build a wall along the Mexican border. Rubio said he’s going to go through a “Reagan style” rebuild of the US military.

Bernie Sanders said he will end the “corrupt campaign finance system.”

It's simple. All you have to do is answer a series of policy questions with your opinion anything from “very liberal” to “very conservative.”

“It's definitely accurate based on what I answered from the statements I provided,” said political science major, Charles Richardson.

You pick the issues that are most important to you.

“It's really convenient to have it, and it does really lay out the important parts of each issue,” Rogers said.

Then, it shows you the face of the candidate you most closely align with. Is it who you thought? You can head over to http://voter.guru to find out.
