The Stafford County Sheriff's Office said in a release Thursday that the crash happened around 4:20 p.m. in the parking lot of the Lidl grocery store located 1175 Warrenton Road.

Deputies arrived within minutes and found the victim, identified as 49-year-old Daniel Junco of Fayetteville, North Carolina. Junco was pronounced dead on the scene.
