TAMPA, Fla. — The southbound lanes of North Tampa Street have reopened after a broken traffic pole closed the area, according to Tampa police.
The road near North Tampa Street and East Floribraska Avenue intersection were shut down for hours while crews worked to fix the issue. During that time, drivers were asked to seek alternative routes, according to police.
The lanes reopened at around 6 p.m.
The broken traffic pole stemmed from a crash in which the individuals suffered minor injuries.
