While many were sleeping, a cold front swept through the area early this morning. Meaning cooler air is rushing into Tampa Bay today. Temperatures Sunday morning started around 60 degrees, but cool air has already started filtering in on those breezes dropping temperatures to the low 50s now.  That drop will continue taking the temps to the 30s and 40s tonight.  Winds will add insult to injury with WNW winds between 15-25 mph, gusting as high as 30 mph.

After a cold start Monday morning, high temperatures Monday afternoon will be around 60°.

There will be a brief rebound in temperatures through Wednesday before another front brings rain and cooler weather by Thursday.
