Dry and calm conditions will stay in place as high pressure remains firmly in control of our weather as we make out way through our Tuesday. Temperatures this morning will start off in the upper 50s and low 60s. Plenty of sunshine will give way to a quick warm up with temperatures climbing into the low-middle 80s this afternoon. An easterly wind around 5 mph will allow for temperatures inland to climb into the mid-upper 80s.

Tonight will be clear and calm with low temperatures in the middle 60s.

While high pressure remains in control at the surface a passing upper-level disturbance will bring an increase in clouds on Wednesday and partly sunny skies through Thursday.

The chance of rain won't return to the forecast until Friday when a slow-moving system arrives and looks to hang around into the weekend.

In the meantime, enjoy the warmth and sunshine.
