ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. — Tropical Storm Elsa has made its way through Florida. Much of the Tampa Bay area remain unscathed as heavy rains and winds blew through.

Tropical Storm Elsa is sending bands of heavy rain and gusty winds into the Tampa Bay area.
Here's when we can expect everything to happen:
8 a.m. Wednesday
Gusty winds will remain strong but should start to subside at this time. Heavy rain should also start to ease up.
