10 Weather: Sunshine to start before likely afternoon storms

Moisture bumps up our rain chances through the second half of the week.

TAMPA, Fla. — Our Wednesday will get started with a fair amount of sunshine before scattered showers and storms begin to roll in through midday. The chance of rain today will be around 60% with the best chance coming through early this afternoon.

Otherwise, skies have increasing clouds through the day as temperatures manage to peak in the low 90s.

The showers and storms will dissipate through this evening as temperatures return to the low 80s by Thursday morning.

Saturday: Partly cloudy with afternoon showers or thunderstorms. High: 94. Chance of rain: 50%.

Sunday: Partly cloudy with afternoon showers or thunderstorms. High: 95. Chance of rain: 40%.

Monday: Partly cloudy with afternoon showers or thunderstorms. High: 95. Chance of rain: 50%.
