10 Weather: Humid and hot days continue

Heat will build through the week with highs climbing in the low to mid-90s.

There will only be a 10% chance for a few inland isolated showers this afternoon and evening. Any showers or storms that do develop will have the potential to produce a little hail, but the threat of severe weather will remain low.

Otherwise, conditions remain mostly clear through the evening and overnight as temperatures settle in the middle 70s into early Wednesday morning.

The humidity and heat will build for the rest of the week. It will be an even warmer day Wednesday with highs reaching the low 90s, and 90s stick around through the weekend. This will likely end up being the warmest week of the year so far.

A surge of moisture will return late this week,  increasing rain chances Friday into the weekend.
