Naked man arrested, in water with gator -- AGAIN!

You may remeber this guy. Polk deputies did. They rescued him from a pond and an alligator on early Friday. This is the same naked man they rescued from the jaws of a gator less than two years ago!

Lakeland, Florida -- Polk County Sheriff's Deputies patrolling Saddle Creek Park, U.S. Highway 92, Lakeland, found an unoccupied pickup trucknear one of the pondsearly Friday morning.p align="left">Authorities say after discovering who the vehicle belonged to,Adrian Apgar, they began searching the area for the Polk City resident.p align="left">Apgar is no stranger to the Sheriff's Office.Four deputies rescued him from the jaws of an alligator in November 2006.p align="left">This time, deputiesfound Apgar naked and standing in the water. And they say he waswalking toward an alligator. p align="left">The deputies were able to talk himout of the water andplaced him in protective custody. He told deputies that he had been bitten by a snake while looking for an alligator. p align="left">ldquo;He told the deputies, he knew he was 'gambling' with his life. Our deputies have been placed in danger twice as a result of this man's actions,rdquo; said Sheriff Grady Judd.p align="left">Apgar was Baker Acted and transported to Lakeland Regional Medical Center.p align="left">ldquo;I applaud our deputy's actions -- they followed up on an abandoned truck, realized who it belonged to, and found Apgar, who was placing himself in danger, again,rdquo; said Sheriff Judd.Investigators say Apgar may face criminal charges./>
