Prince William will be his brother Prince Harry's best man at his wedding to Meghan Markle, Kensington Palace announced Thursday.
The move would appear to reciprocate some serious brotherly love: Prince Harry served as best man to William (also known as the Duke of Cambridge) at his wedding to Catherine Middleton (the Duchess of Cambridge) in 2011.
"The Duke of Cambridge is honored to have been asked, and is very much looking forward to supporting his brother at St George's Chapel, Windsor, on May 19th," the palace said in its statement. On its Twitter feed, the palace posted several pictures of William, 35, and Harry, 33, over the years.
About 600 guests have been invited to the ceremony, and a further 1,000 members of the public have been invited to spend the day on the grounds of Windsor Castle. Two-hundred people have been invited the royal couple's evening wedding reception.
