Pediatric nurse combines love for kids and horses in new book
A pediatric nurse for years, Sue Greenberg had an idea one day while watching her horse parade around her stable.
“I just started to work with all the little kids with 4-H group,” she said. “I just thought it would be really cute to have a book for kids.”
She penned "Elliott’s Tails, The Adventures of a Baby Horse," a play on words with "tales," to encourage children. The book includes photographs of the actual horse paired with colorful illustrations. Greenberg wrote it and self-published.
