Depasquale recommends you bring your protein with you when you travel. For example, pack healthy portable meals, essential vitamins, and when you eat out make healthier choices. When it comes to exercise, no gym? No problem! Depasquale recommends packing fitness resistance bands. They don’t take up much space in your suitcase and you can do a lot of exercises with them in small spaces.
