Police in Cape Coral say a 26-year-old driver was drunk when he intentionally crashed into a vehicle twice. Police say Shazam Juman was driving a white pick-up truck, doing donuts and stopping traffic in both directions in the area of Burnt Store Road. Police say Juman then intentionally crashed into an occupied Porche Cayenne, causing severe damage. Juman then backed up and smashed head-on into the vehicle again, police claim. An officer found Juman and stopped him at a 7-Eleven a few moments later. Police say they could smell a strong alcohol odor coming from Juman. Officers say he refused a breath test. The truck Juman was driving also had two people inside, who told police they felt like they were going to be killed by the driver, according to a news release. Juman was charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, DUI, DUI with property damage, reckless driving and criminal mischief.
