Bus attendant accused of abusing riders with disabilities gets 2 new charges | 10News WTSP
A Polk County bus attendant accused of abusing children and adults with disabilities was arrested again, according to the Polk County Sheriff’s Office.
Deputies said Juanita Tappin, 43, was arrested after a video showed more abuse.
Tappin was charged with one count of child abuse and one count of abuse of a disabled adult.
