Ron DeSantis suspended all fees and penalties for SunPass and Toll-By-Plate drivers after last year's massive billing system meltdown that resulted in millions of backlogged tolls and angry and frustrated customers. Under this new billing system, no matter where you're driving, you'll get a bill from FDOT. But after two notices, some drivers are now getting collection letters -- to clarify: That bill is coming from THEA through the Credit Protection Association.
