A mother and two children died in an early Wednesday morning apartment fire, Hillsborough County Sheriff Chad Chronister said. Hillsborough County Fire Rescue crews responded to the two-alarm apartment fire around 3:22 a.m. Wednesday at the Captiva Club Apartments on 4401 Club Captiva Drive in Town 'n' Country. At least eight apartments burned at the complex, according to Hillsborough County Fire Rescue.
