Nurses say they aren't getting paid and patients are paying the price
Cynthia Harris of Plant City says her husband is paralyzed from the waist down and suffers from a pressure wound that bleeds, oozes and smells. Cynthia says a nurse from Oracle Home Health Care usually comes throughout the week to tend to the wound, but she says that all stopped a couple of weeks ago when the nurses stopped getting paid.
