18-year-old accused of hitting, killing pedestrian
In Pinellas County, an 18-year-old driver, who was trying to get away from deputies, caused a deadly chain of events.
This happened last night along the eastbound lanes of 5th Avenue North at 20th Street North in St. Pete.
Deputies say Jamar Johnson was trying to avoid being pulled over for a missing tag light and a window tint violation.
