Vigils tonight across Tampa Bay to remember school shooting victims

Vigils are taking place across the state to remember 17 lives cut way too short.

Vigils are planned across Florida tonight for the victims of the Stoneman Douglas school shooting. Seventeen people were killed on Valentine's Day. Funerals have already been held for some. Tonight, all victims will be remembered.

Below are locations in Tampa Bay where you can pay respects to those who perished in the horrific shooting.

Hillsborough County

7PM: Curtis Hixon Park, 600 N. Ashley Drive in Tampa.

Pinellas County

6PM: Tarpon Springs High School, 1411 Gulf Road in Tarpon Springs

Pasco County

6PM: Sims Park, New Port Richey

7PM: Land O’ Lakes Recreation Complex Pavilion, 3032 Collier Parkway, Land O Lakes

7PM: Wesley Chapel District Park Pavilion, 7727 Boyette Road, Wesley Chapel
