We avenged last year's defeat in the YMCA Treadmill Challenge on Tuesday, edging out Jacksonville 3,357 miles to 3,337 miles!
Last year, Jacksonville beat us by 176 miles.
The Treadmill challenge is a competition between the two Florida cities to see which can log more miles on a treadmill. And that’s where you come in.
During the challenge, participants spent a half-hour walking or running on a treadmill. They then registered their miles on the Internet or at local YMCA locations.
