Polk City, Florida - Polk County Sheriff's deputies are investigating a single car crash that killed a 26-year-old Polk City woman Sunday morning.
Investigators say Megan Davis lost control of her 1998 Ford Escort around 6:00 a.m. on Berkley Road near Honey Bee Lane.
The car went off the road, crossed Berkley and hit a utility pole.
Davis was dead at the scene.
Deputies say she was not wearing her seatbelt.
