CLEARWATER, Fla. — Job seekers in the Tampa Bay area may be interested in a career fair happening this week.
CareerSource Pinellas and St. Petersburg College is hosting a career fair to connect employers and people seeking a new opportunity in the business, finance and hospitality industries in Pinellas County.
The career fair will take place from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Wednesday, March 29, 2023, at St. Petersburg College - EpiCenter Campus located at 13805 58th St. N. in Clearwater.
People who attend will see that the industries at the career fair are "among the most significant to Pinellas County's economic and workforce development efforts," a news release says. In addition, the average annual salary in the business and financial services industry locally is about $76,000, according to Pinellas County Economic Development.
Employers expected to attend the job fair include Ceridian, Clearwater Marine Aquarium, Evara Health, Fastenal, Fitlife Foods, Florida Blue, JW Marriott Clearwater Beach Resort and Spa, Marketopia, Pitney Bowes, Regions Bank, Ruth Eckerd Hall, Spectrum, The Don CeSar, and Tradewinds Resort.
