John Kerry's ex-wife, author Julia Thorne, dies of cancer
Senator John Kerry says his ex-wife, the best-selling author Julia Thorne, was a friend to a lot of people. The senator's office says Thorne has died of cancer at a friend's home in Massachusetts. She was 61.
