Jacksonville, Florida - Jacksonville police say a mother is behind bars again, this time for violating her probation.Dakeysha Lee was arrested in 2003 on misdemeanor assault and shoplifting charges. Police say her 2-year-old daughter Brianna was left home alone for 19 days while her mother was in jail. The toddler was found lying nude in a baby's bathtub, surviving on ketchup, macaroni and mustard. The girl was treated for malnutrition and dehydration. Her mother was placed on probation and a judge awarded custody to Lee's ex-husband. The Florida Department of Corrections says Lee was recently arrested for changing addresses without notifying her probation officer and for not doing any community service hours as required under her plea agreement. There will be a pretrial hearing next month.
