ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. — I’ve lived up and down the east coast, with a stop in the mid-south and I’m thrilled to now call the Sunshine State home, waking you up as co-anchor of 10 Tampa Bay Brightside.
I started my career in broadcast journalism at the University of Alabama, in Tuscaloosa working for WVUA. I then spent the summers interning at News 12 Long Island, WTVD in Durham, NC and with Fox News “On the Record” with Greta Van Susteren.
I moved to Raleigh, NC to work as a producer/reporter for News 14 Carolina (now Spectrum) and then Greensboro before making my way further south in the state to Charlotte. In 2014 I helped launch and anchored the weekend morning newscast for Fox 46 Charlotte.
In May of 2016, I bid the Carolinas goodbye and made my way to Beale Street where I co-hosted Good Day Memphis and Midday on WATN, weekday mornings.
I’m originally from Long Island, New York where I graduated from The Stony Brook School. I attended the University of Alabama where I earned an honors degree in Broadcast Journalism and graduated a semester early to begin reporting. I love sports, fashion and travel and can’t wait to find my favorite beach in the area.
