ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. — I'm thrilled to join the 10 Tampa Bay team as its newest meteorologist. For any neighbors from Southwest Florida, you may remember me from NBC2 in Fort Myers where I most recently covered traffic, weather and breaking news.

My move to Florida followed an exciting couple of years in East Texas, where I had the opportunity to cover all sorts of severe weather, including tornado outbreaks, large hail events and the historic February 2021 deep freeze. I also contributed to the station’s severe weather specials and was honored to host a weekly segment called "Mastering Your Garden" with local volunteers.

I started my career as a meteorologist at WDTV-TV in Bridgeport, West Virginia. I was hired in 2018 as the weekend meteorologist but was eventually promoted to chief meteorologist. I took charge of creating the station’s first-ever "Toy Drive," which successfully delivered toys, books and games to children in need at WVU Medicine during the holiday season.

Since I was born in South Jersey and raised between there and the Philadelphia area, I’m a huge Philly sports fan. I love the Philadelphia Eagles, and I’m looking forward to cheering on those Phillies during spring training in Clearwater!

I’m a Temple University graduate with a degree in broadcast journalism, and I earned my certificate in broadcast meteorology from Mississippi State University following three years of study in atmospheric and geoscience. While attending Temple University, I interned at WPHL-TV in Philadelphia and was hired as a production assistant and journalist, which opened the door to my career in TV news.
